Once the courseware, technology and human variables associated with the development of the course have been identified, ADVISOR can accurately estimate the number of development hours required for each hour of CBT. This, the most powerful component of ADVISOR, can accurately determine the cost of training delivery—whether by instructor, print, tapes, interactive or distance learning. A Training Strategy Decision Support Tool

ADVISOR, a decision support tool, helps you select the most cost-effective method/media [i.e., print, tapes, classroom, computer based training, electronic performance support systems, audio/computer/video conferencing and others] or combination for the delivery of a training course/program; and determines how technology can improve the quality and reduce the cost of training.
